Wireless Fully Automatic Water Level Controller With Low/High Voltage, Over Load, Dry Run protection and Timer Features

RMG automation introduces a brand new product which is remarkably convenient for the users, which is Wireless Water Level Controller with Indicator. This product facilitates the users by avoiding much strain for lengthy cabling. Two variants of this are introduced – one for borewell to Over Head Tank setup and the other for Underground Tank to Overhead set up.

Wireless water level controller helps to switch on the motor automatically when tank is empty and to stop the motor when tank is full thereby helps avoiding brawls with neighbors due to water overflow. Helps avoid wall damping, water wastage, and excess electricity bill.

It consists of Transmitter Module and Receiver Module. The transmitter module has to be installed near the overhead tank and the Receiver Module can be fixed near motor switch location.

It does not require any wiring or cabling between the transmitter and receiver. The distance covers upto 1000 meters in line of sight and supports for 10 storey building/apartments.

This product is of great use in many Industrial Sectors, where people are appointed to check the water level and run the motor. People has to travel long distances to monitor the level and come back to switch on the motor. Many industries are affected with their daily routines as a result. This product is a boon to such a kind of set up where they can monitor the level of the tank and relieves much burden.

TANK Only:

Wireless Fully automatic water level controller switches ON the motor when the water level in the tank becomes low (desired prefixed lower limit). It switches OFF the motor once the tank becomes full (prefixed higher limit). 

TANK & SUMP:

Wireless Fully automatic water level controller switches ON the motor when the water level in the tank becomes low (desired prefixed lower limit) making sure that water is present in the sump. It switches OFF the motor once the tank becomes full (prefixed higher limit) and also when the sump is empty.

Apart from the regular function, this product can be used as OFF delay timer (or) Cyclic Timer. Helps protecting motor from Dry Run, over load and L/H Voltage fluctuations. Also, this Voltmeter and Ammeter settings can be adjusted as per the customer’s site set up. With the set Volt and Current, the product functions wonderfully.

Product Description:

• Power ON/OFF switch: This switch is provided at the left side to switch ON or switch OFF the controller unit.
• Power ON LED: It indicates the power supply to the unit.
• Low/High Voltage LED: It indicates Low/High Voltage power supply. Motor pump gets switched off and is protected from such condition.
• Over Load LED: It indicates Over Load. Motor pump gets switched off and is protected from such condition.
• Dry Run LED: It indicates the dry run of the motor pump. 
• Motor ON LED: It indicates the motor ON condition.
• Seven Segment Display:  Attractive display. for voltage, current, cyclic timer, power on delay, dry run time, password settings and live data.
• Over Head Tank Level Indication: 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%.
• Under Ground Tank Level Indication: 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%.
• Cyclic Timer: It has ON Time & OFF Time options. Duration: Maximum 99 Hrs and 59 Minutes.
• Manual/Auto mode switch:

1. Auto mode: In AUTO mode, motor will automatically switch ON when the water level in the tank is low and automatically switch OFF when the tank becomes full.
2. Manual Mode: Helps to switch ON the motor manually. In this mode, the motor will be constantly running.
3. Semi-Automatic(Manual ON and Auto OFF) function is achieved by changing this switch position from Manual mode to Auto mode.
