It is a DIY product. Does not require much expertise. Anybody can install it. Usually RMG suggests to get the installation done with the help of customer’s regular electrician. RMG will share the installation procedure prior booking order where customers can verify with their electrician whether he can do.

RMG AUTOMATION is an e-commerce website. It is designed in such a way, where customer can place order directly. Customers should register like other e-commerce sites and login themselves and place order.

RMG assures all our customers that product will reach at your destination safely. We dispatch our products with atmost care through reputed courier partners – DTDC, Professional. In case of unserviceable pincodes, RMG dispatches through Speed Post. Once dispatched, the tracking details are shared.

Customers are requested to take video of the parcel from the beginning of its opening and share it in what’s app. We take the fullest responsibility to replace the item if it is damaged. If the video shared by customer is found fake, RMG is not responsible and hence cannot replace the product.

Any Electrician can fix the product. Wiring procedure is damn easy. RMG products are always user friendly. You can show the wiring procedure to your building electrician prior booking order. The installation steps can be shared to customers priorly before placing the order.

Think once or twice before ordering. Time, money, energy are important for all. And it should not get wasted. We prefer that every product must be used by customer and should enjoy the automation. So we request our customers not to return back the product.

Call / What’s app 9940594413 and get the troubleshooting video from RMG. If the product is not working, you can send the item for repair to RMG address. In case if product is working, but still facing issue, check for the cable lines and sensors.

All product has 1 yr warranty except for the below models.

IRC models – 6 months warranty.

PIR sensor – No warranty.

Sensors, Cable and Float switches – No warranty.

Motor Pump Control is what the customer use to switch on / off the motor. It can be a regular switch (or) MCB (or) DP switch (or) Single phase submersible starter (or) DOL starter (or) Electronic Starter (or) Star Delta Starter.

A starter is one which has a contactor coil.

Ø  In case of submersible starter, additionally a starting and running capacitor will be there.

Ø  In case of DOL starter, only contactor coil is present.

Ø  Some people use electronic starter. Electronic starter does not support our product.

Ø  For Star Delta Starter, place orders directly with us.
