COMMON MISTAKES DONE BY CUSTOMERS WITH RMG GSM UNIT

This blog is not to hurt my customers. It is just to create an awareness of the common mistakes done at customer end so that it helps us a lot to support other customers who are in real need.

We are really tired with humpty number of calls from my customers. Usually customers write feedback about the sellers that we did not serve the customers properly. Here in this blog, I am writing my feedback as we are really getting frustrated with the regular calls especially from Amazon customers who are still ignorant in using the product.

Dear Customers,

PROBLEM – 1: NOT RECHARGING THE SIM ON THE CUT-OFF DATE

When I was young, many years back, network service providers like Airtel, Vodafone, BSNL and many more give a grace period for recharge. Suppose today is the cut-off date to recharge our mobile, the outgoing calls and messages will be given 2 days’ grace time and the services continues. But the scenario is not the same nowadays. Please understand that. If the validity of the sim is over, the next minute the services are cut at service provider end.

I would like to say that the SIM card that you are using in our RMG GSM mobile controller is serving the purpose of message acknowledgments only. Am I right? There is no chance of outgoing calls from that SIM at any cost. Am I right?

Then, in such a case, if you are not recharging at the same cut-off date or before, the services to that SIM is stopped by the service provider.

We are really getting tired of the huge calls by customers stating that there is no response from the GSM units, without even verifying the cut-off date of recharge. What to say in this case? Few customers are heartless and they state that it is our duty to explain them and even yell at us.

Recharging the SIM is the responsibility of RMG AUTOMATION or THE CUSTOMER. It is falling under the scope of customer right?

What to do now?

Very simple dear customers. Keep a reminder in your phone that you need to recharge this date. By keeping this reminder for recharge and doing it right the way, will help a lot. First you will get the uninterrupted services from the service provider and the gsm units will fantastically respond to your messages. Secondly, we will be saved from huge enormous calls so that we can serve other customers who are in dire need of our support.

In case if you had forgotton to recharge the SIM and you recharge after the cut-off date, please remove the SIM from the GSM unit and put in a small phone and send few message or make a call from that number so that services to the sim are resumed as well it is tested as well. Then you re-insert the SIM card in the GSM units.

By doing, you are indirectly supporting us also. We will not get drained of this TIRING calls and support other customers who really require us at that time.

PROBLEM – 2: ACTIVATING FOR THE REGISTERED USERS WITHOUT EVEN REGISTERING A SINGLE USER NUMBER

Another pathetic condition of us is to address this great blunder. Customers are really happy to ACTIVATE for the REGISTERED USERS.

By doing like this, you will not be able to access the device. The device has to be either RESET by us or the USERS to be ADDED by the RMG team.

What to do now?

Please SUBSCRIBE our youtube channel and follow us on SOCIAL MEDIA pages like Facebook and Instagram to get the updated shorts and videos created on the awareness about the product. This keeps you updated and also be aware of the setting you had made. Secondly, but most important is to check for the user lists registered before you activate for the registered users.

So you can send a message to the GSM SIM number 90 to get the user list. If the user list is empty, immediately register the users. The registration process is shared with the user manual. If not available, you can download it from our website under the description of the respective model. Once registered, verify again by sending the message command 90 to verify for the users. Once this verification is done, you can then ACTIVATE FOR REGISTERED USERS.

By doing this, you can perfectly access the GSM SIM without any hassle.
