You may use our e-store to place orders with us. Once you have placed the order and made your payment for the order, we will ship your order through one of our reputed trackable courier partners.
Once we confirm the payment made to your order, we will immediately ship your order through a reputed trackable courier (usually DTDC and India Post). We will take the utmost care to ensure that the package is not damage during the transit. We normally ship to anywhere where DTDC provides its services. If DTDC’s service is unavailable in your area, we ship it through India Post.
Shipping Lead Time: We normally take around 0-2 working days to ship an order after we confirm your payment. Once shipped, the package should reach you in 1-5 days. We try and ship orders at the earliest and depending on our order load and your products availability, we will ship your order in 0-2 working days.
Shipping details: Once the products are shipped, the status of the order will change from “Processing” to “Shipped” with details of the courier and tracking number with a link. If the product is really found to be defective, we will repair or replace the product for free. If any defect arises after one month of the purchase, the to and fro shipping charges must be borne by the buyer.
